These Terms govern use of the WPilot service operated by BF Development.
The service
WPilot connects supported WordPress sites with compatible AI assistants and allows authorized users to request supported WordPress and WooCommerce actions. Features may change as WPilot is developed.
Your responsibilities
You must have authority to connect and modify each WordPress site you use with WPilot. You are responsible for reviewing AI-requested actions before or after execution as appropriate, maintaining suitable backups, and complying with applicable laws and third-party terms.
Do not use WPilot to gain unauthorized access to websites, accounts, or data; distribute malware; abuse third-party services; or perform unlawful activities.
Third-party services
WPilot can interoperate with services such as WordPress, WooCommerce, ChatGPT, Claude, Hostinger, and Titan Email. Those services are governed by their own terms and may change independently of WPilot. WPilot is not endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic, Automattic, WooCommerce, or other third parties unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Availability and changes
WPilot is currently provided as an evolving service. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features for security, reliability, legal, or product reasons.
No guarantee of error-free changes
Automated and AI-assisted changes can produce unexpected results. You should review important changes and maintain backups appropriate to the value of your site. BF Development does not guarantee that every requested action will be error-free or compatible with every theme, plugin, host, or WordPress configuration.
Privacy
Use of WPilot is also subject to the WPilot Privacy Policy at https://bfdevelopment.tech/wpilot-privacy-policy/.
