We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to help our team maintain seamless technology operations. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and assisting with system upgrades. The role requires excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work collaboratively with non-technical users.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve technical support tickets.
- Set up and maintain hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- Provide training and support for internal systems and tools.
- Monitor system performance and security.
- Document issues and solutions for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT support or a related field.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar is a plus.
