Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software problems.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
- Track and update support tickets using a helpdesk system.
- Follow up to ensure satisfactory issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a helpdesk or customer support role.
