Helpdesk Technician

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Helpdesk Technician to provide first-line support to our clients. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that all problems are addressed in a timely manner. Your ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively is key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for technical support.
  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff.
  • Track and update support tickets using a helpdesk system.
  • Follow up to ensure satisfactory issue resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a helpdesk or customer support role.
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of operating systems and basic networking.
  • Patience and a customer-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
